Refund policy

We have a no refund or return policy.

100% of the proceeds from the sale of these items directly benefit Refuge for Women Kentucky and the residents served. Therefore, we will not accept returns or process refunds.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact micki.thomas@refugeforwomen.org
